House rules & policies

The short version: treat it like a home, because it is one. These apply at every Purple Pig home.

Check-in and checkout

• Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 11:00 AM.
• Your door code arrives at 3:00 PM on arrival day. Hoping to get in earlier? Ask and we'll do what we can.

House rules

• No smoking, vaping or drugs anywhere on the property.
• No parties or events.
• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Our neighbors live close by.
• Please take your shoes off inside.
• Park only in the spaces we give you, never on the grass.
• No additional guests without our OK.
• Please don't move or rearrange the furniture.

Pets

• Pets are welcome at six of our seven homes: up to two, $75 per pet, non-refundable. The Capital City Downtown Bungalow doesn't allow pets.
• Every pet needs to be listed on your reservation.
• None of our yards are fully enclosed, so please don't leave pets outside on their own.
• Traveling with more than two? Message us before you book.

Rental agreement

When you book direct with us, you'll review and sign our rental agreement during checkout. It covers the rules on this page along with payment, security deposit and damage terms. Booking through Airbnb or VRBO instead? Their terms apply.
