180 Henderson
Mid-century warmth — cognac leather, wood ceilings, 4.2 miles from campus.
The house
180 is the mid-century one. A wood tray ceiling with a brass sputnik chandelier hung under it, a charcoal herringbone accent wall, and cognac leather against olive and rust. It's warm and grown-up — the house that photographs least like a rental.
Two full sofas mean the whole group sits down at once, which sounds like a small thing until you've tried it without. There's an electric fireplace for a cold snap, and a screened porch across the back looking out to the treeline. Four bedrooms sleep eight: three with king beds, and a fourth with two twin XLs.
It's 4.2 miles from both FSU and FAMU — and it's the first of three. 182 and 184 sit right beside it on the same street with the same floor plan, so if your group outgrows one house, nobody has to stay across town.

Parking
Where to leave the car.
- One car fits in the garage and two more in the driveway — three per house.
- Extra cars go in the overflow strip marked in red on the plan, by the gravel road. Parking on the grass there is fine — that's what it's for. Just don't block the gravel road itself.
- Please don't park on the grass in front of the houses or between them. Irrigation lines run under those areas and a car will damage them.
We'll send this again with your check-in details, so nobody has to remember it now.
