184 Henderson
The bold one — olive, black and cream.
The house
184 is the boldest of the three. Olive drapes and black leather sling chairs against deep cream sofas, all sitting on a black-and-white geometric rug that pulls the whole room together. Same wood ceiling, same shiplap fireplace wall — but with the contrast turned up.
It's the one that photographs sharpest, and the one people notice first walking in. Four bedrooms sleep eight: three with king beds, a fourth with two twin XLs, plus an electric fireplace and a screened porch across the back.
4.2 miles from FSU and FAMU, and the last of the three. 180 and 182 sit right beside it with the same layout, so if your group grows you're only moving next door.
The layout
- Sleeps 8 — 3 King + 2 Twin XL
- 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
- Four miles from FSU and FAMU
- Full kitchen, laundry in the house, free parking
- Pet friendly — up to two pets, $75 each, non-refundable. Worth knowing before you arrive: none of our yards are fully enclosed, so dogs will need you out there with them. House rules & pet policy

Parking
Where to leave the car.
- One car fits in the garage and two more in the driveway — three per house.
- Extra cars go in the overflow strip marked in red on the plan, by the gravel road. Parking on the grass there is fine — that's what it's for. Just don't block the gravel road itself.
- Please don't park on the grass in front of the houses or between them. Irrigation lines run under those areas and a car will damage them.
We'll send this again with your check-in details, so nobody has to remember it now.
