We built these houses.

Purple Pig Properties is a small collection of Tallahassee homes owned by Stacey and Jared Reinstein. Jared builds them; Stacey designs and furnishes them. Nobody else has touched them.

That's the difference between us and a management company. When something isn't right, you're texting the people who chose the mattress, laid the floor and know which breaker trips. Usually we can fix it the same day, because we're ten minutes away.

We list on Airbnb and VRBO too. But those sites make every house carry a different name, so you'd never know three of ours sit side by side on one street. Booking here you see the whole collection, you pay no platform service fee, and a group booking is handled by a person instead of six separate reservations.
